ACCESSION OF MANUEL.
A MONARCH ISIT COALITION. : THE DEAD REGICIDES. Lisbon, Feb. 4. In the Council of Stats the new King- Manuel, on his accession, was j greatly moved. Thereupon Senor Franco and the leaders of the Progressionistas and the LibealRegenaradores parties offered support in the form of a Monarchist coalition. This was accepted, whereupon Senor Franco's Cabinet formally resigned, and Admiral Ferreira do Amai "formed a coalition Cabinet, The harmonious rallying of all political parties around the Tbrooe is welcomed with great satisfaction. Newspapers represent that tJ 6 lafanta Manuel has always been popular. It is understood that the coalition will follow a policy of conciliation and reform. The three dead regicides are all Portuguese. One, named Costa, was employed at an ironmonger's. The tragedy has created a deep impression at Oporto. The Spanish population are petitioning for a warship.
