Georgetown, August 19. Captain Calders, commanding the British Guinea frontier force, crossed the border near Bamira River and compelled the Venezuelans at the point of a revolver to surrender 40001 b of Ballata rubber, said to have been obtained from a British forest. The Consnl at Georgetown has protested against an "illarmed invasion. " ■•
