The New South Wales football team to play the New Zealanders tomorrow are: — Back, Hedley; three quarters, Stuntz, Fry, Messenger, Devereaux; halves, Cheadle and Hollo way ; forwards, Glanyille, Dobbs, Courtney, Henessy, Mable, Pearce, Cann and Graves. Auckland, August 20. George Smith received a cable before his departure for Sydney stating that the New Zealanders ' net profit from the professional match was £300.

WAIKARAPA v. HAWKES' BAY.,

Masterton, August 20. The Wairarapa and Haw fee's Bay representatives played a football match at Carterton to-day. The Wairarapa forwards were superior, and the^Hawke's Bay backs were the safer of the two. The groand was heavy owing to rain. The match ended in a win for Hawke's Hay by eight points to six.
