ti?A meeting of the Management Committee was held at Stallard 's Rooms last evening. Presents Dt Andrew (in the chair), Messrs W_ E. Smith, H. Nalder, F. McCape, Smith, W. Cannington," Bishop, H. Hall (Hon. Secretary), F. P. Kitching (Assistant Hon. Secretary). Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed.' Telegrams were received from the West Coast Union, stating they had challenged Marlborough for the Seddon Shield. ~ Resolved to wire to Marlborough claiming prior right of playing for the shield. , Resolved to close the Senior Cup competition, hence the Albion v. Nelson match set down for Saturday will be abandoned. It was decided to ask those members of the repesentative team from ijolden Bay and Motueka to come over not later than the Thursday preceding the match against Marlborough. The Junior match College v. Rival, set down ffor Saturday, was postponed. A vote of thanks to the chair terminated the meeting.
