Christchurch. August 15. At the Supreme Court to-day the young man named Arthur Wellesley Nelson, who left a letter on the cliffs at Sumner a few weeks age stating that he intended to commit suicide, but of whom no trace has since been found by the Police, waE called this afternoon to answer an indictment that he had sold drugs for an illegal purpose, but he did not appear. The recognisances, two of £50 each, were estreated.
