SALVATION ARMY BIORAMA AND BAND.
The {Salvation Bioratna Company and Band, numbering 22 performers, will arrive this morniiig arid open at the Theatre Royal to-night in an up-to-date programme of moving pictures, interspersed with vocal t anc£instrumental items by the' Company. To-morrow the morning service will be conducted in the Salvation Army Barracks, while at 3 p.m., at the Theatre Royal, a Bftered recital will be given. In the evening, at 8 p.m.) a beautiful prdgramme of sacred subjects will be given* The subject^ will include scene? in the Holy Land, the Life of Christ the Life of Moses and other pictures. Sacred songs, illustrated by beautiful views wiH also be sung. Wo have been requested to state . that , the above company have no connection whatever with any other company with a similar name. The word "Biorama" was coined by 2 the] Salvation Army some few years ago, Major Perry (well-known in Nelson) being responsible.
