Auckland, July 22i At the Police Court a man named William Anderson, with a number of aliases, pleaded guilty on being charged to-day with forging and uttering a number of cheques. Just as he was about to be committed for sentence, the accused, who looked very delicate, fainted away; and had to be removed from the Court. Later on he was .brought back, when he was duly committed to the Supreme Court.
