Paris, July 22. General Lacroix has replaced GeneralfHagron. SIR WILFRED LAURIER. Received July 22, 10.7 p.m. Ottawa, July 22. Sir "Wilfred Laurier received an ovation on his arrival at Quebec and Montreal. He declared that he did not believe that the All Red Route was abandoned, and said if a check occurred he would be spurred to greater exertion, since he was certain the scheme would be eventually accomplished.
