BULLER V. MARLBOROUGH.
xsienneim, duiy -n.. The representative match, Buller v. Marlborough, for the Seddon Shield was played yesterday. The game was of an even nature, but the passing of the Buller players was superior to the local men, and only for the good forwards Marlborough would have suffered a defeat. The game ended in six points each. The two tries for Buller were scored by Colvin and McPike, and those for Marlborough F. Parker and J. Mc Donald scored. The attempts at goal failed each time. Mr Harrison refereed.
