THE RAND STRIKERS. Received July 19, 10.15 p.m. Capetown, jFuly 19. The executive of the' Miners' Association, Johannesburg, has decided by a large majority to declare the strike off, though the announcement of the fact is postponed. London, July 19. At the instance of Mr R. L. Outh•waite, the Parliamentary Committee of the British Traces' Union Congresss has appealed to the trade unions to assist the Rand strikers.
