M.P.j speaking at Manchester, fiaid he intended to decline re-election to the Chairman' ship of the Parliamentary Party, M he would do better work, for the Socialists as a free lance. He declared that during bis coming tour abroad he intended telling the Hindus that the. Socialists were anxious that justice should be done to them, and that the British working classes desired home rule for India.
