Facts Established at Court. In an aotion, the cause of which wae flagrant misuse of Sander & Sons' firm name and other gross misrepresentations by an imitating oompany, which was tried before His Honor Chief Justice J. Madden, K.0.M.G., L.L.D., in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne, the proseoution showed : — 1.
