THE PORTLAND PEERAGE
BeceivedfJune 23, 4.28 p.m. London, June 22. At a largely-attended meetingg of G. L. Druce, Limited, Mr Druce, the claimant to the Dukedom of Portland, presided. He stated that a witness from America knew the fifth Duke of Portland as Druce and Portland, and would also be able to give details of his interment, the coffin containing strips of lead. The . trial is expected to take place at the end of the year.
