Merit Rewarded by Court of Justice.

The acknowledged good qualities and si-3cess of SANDER & SONS' EUCALYPTI L XTIt ACT have bronght oat many imitations, and one c^se wjsjusfc tried in the Supreme Court of Victoria, before Bis Qonor Chief, Justice Sir J. Madden, K G.M.G., etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said, with regard to the genuine Sander and Sons' Eucalyn'.i Extract, that whan ever an article is recommended to the public by reason of its goad qaality, etc, it 13 not permi33ib'.e to imitate any of Us features. He restrained tbo imitators perpeiuaJly from dcins; so, and ordered them to pay all costs.
