The Hoard of Navy experts reported favorably, whereupon the Minister of Defence afforded assistance, and facilities to complete same. The inventor states that it will increase tho velocity from 27 to 32 knots in 1000 yards. The motive force is a new liquid explosive which develops 2.2 to 3.6 force, and the gancotton is exploded by concussion. The liquid was discovered accidentally while experimenting.
