DISAFFECTION, PORTUGAL.
Received June 20, 11.12 p.m. Lisbon, June 20. The police at Oporto are employed to shield the Premier, Senhor Franco, from popular fury. When be appeared in the street, the Premier and his guards were stoned heavily. A barricade was then erected and a f uaillade was kept up for some time between the troops and the rioters. Many were wounded on both sides, and 120 arrests hare been made. Riots against Senhor Franco have also occurred at Lisbon, during which two were killed, t '. ' BOKa . U.S.A. AND CHINA,
