City of Nelson. TENDERS FOE DEBENTURES. Town Clerk's Office, 24th April, 1007. nriENDERS will be received at the X above Office until FRIDAY, 3rd May, at 3 pan., for Debentures, with Coupons attached; to the amount of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (.£2,500), being a Special Loan for Reinstatement of Collingwood and Normanby Bridges, issued under the authority of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901." Each Debenture will be for the sum of One Hundred Pounds, repayable on the Ist April, 1937, and bearing -interest at the rate of Four and a half per centum i per annum,, payable half -yearly, with aj Sinking Fund of One and a half per cent, j 1 The security offered for ; the Loan? is a Special Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound npon the rateable value of all rateable property in the City e£ Neison. Each tender must be for one or more Debentures, stating uumber of Debentures, and price offered for each Debenture, and must "he marked on the outside " Tender for Debentures."
