St. Petersburg, April 29. There is an alarming spread cl revolutionary propaganda, in the Russian Aimy. Many officers have been compelled to resign while anxiety is felt; at headquarters regarding the garriaoo at Krcnstad. Numerous arrests of soldiers have been made at St. Petersburg and Warsaw.
