Waimea County. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waimea County Council, held at the Office of the Waimea County Council, in the City of Nelson, on the 10th day of January, 1907, it was resolved : That m pursuance of the powers conferred by '••The Comities Act, 1886," and "The Public Works Act; 1905," and every Act or Acts amending the same, and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Council of the Waimea County hereby makes the following By-law for the purpose of good rule and government of the Waimea County; such By-law to come into force on the first day of April, 1907; and the forementioned By-law is ap pended to the resolution. And a subsequent meeting of the Waimea County Council will be held on the 7th day of March, 1907, at the Waimea County Offices, Nelson, for the purpose of confirming the before-mentioned resolution. And it is hereby further notified that the object and purport of the before-men-tioned By-law is— "To make provision that heavy traffic shall cease on the County roads during the months of May, June. July, August, and September." A copy of the Special Order and of the proposed By-law, respectively, is deposited at the Office of the Waimea County Council at Nelson, and is open to the inspection of the public during offict hours until the 7th day of March, 1907.
