Garsten has advisee the Minister of Public Works, Egypt, after visiting the Soudan af far south as Rosaires, that the con dition of the people has vastly im proved, and he predicts that the S«zira province, immediately south of Kharbirim, will, when irrigated become one of the finest whoat producing countries! n the world.
