BAND CONCERT AND PRO-

CESSION.

The Carnival will commence with a torchlight procession round the town, and at the Reserve a programme will be gone through, whioh includes several novelties. Altogether, the affair should be a great success. It will be remembered that the proceeds are to be divided between the- Citizens' Band and the Fire Brigade, the lafcter's portion going to assist Fireman Austin, who has gone to Rotor^a for his health. Admission will be by silver coin.
