Merit Rewarded by Court of Justice. i The acknowledged good qualities and saocessof SANDEB4SONS* EUCALYPTI ] EXTRACT have brongbt out many imitations, and one case w-s just tried in the Supreme Gou*t of Victoria, before His Honor Ohief Justice Sir J. Midden, E 0.M.G., etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said, with regard to the genuine Sander and Sons' Eucalypti Extract, that when- ] ever an article is recommended to the ] public by reason of its good quality, etc., it ' is not permissible to imitate any of its : fea'ureß. He restrained the imitators per- ' petually from doing so, and ordered them i to pay all costs.
