APPEAL COURT.
PEA-RIFLE CASE. Wellington, July 11. The case of Knealy v. Eawana Karaka occupied the Court all day, and had not concluded when the Court adjourned for the day. During the argument the opinion was utrongly expressed by ali members of the Bench that the law should be amended to prevent the sale of peariiies to boys.
