BRITISH EMPIRE LEAGUE.
Received July 10, 9. 3G p. m. London, July 10. At the annual meeting of the British Empire League, Mr Jenkins, Agent-General for South Australia, emphasized that foreign trade with Australia was increasing more rapidly than British, though Australians would sooner trade with the British than outside nations. The League unanimously tendered the heartiest- congratulations to Mr Chamberlain.
