The "Daily Mail's" Alexjindria correspondent states that orders have < been sent to Malta and Gibraltar to keep troops in readiness for immediate despatch to Egpyt where Moslem restlessness is attributed to the Mullahs at Mecca preaqhing hoatil ity to Europeans.
