PENNY POSTAGE. Received July 9, 95.3 p.m. New York, July P. Sir J. G. Ward discussed with Mr Cortelyou details of penny postage with New Zealand. He informed an interviewer that he would try to renew the Spreckles San Francisco steam subsidy and intimated that he was willing to accept nomination for the Presidency.
