"~ZZZZP**& Eight conspirators have beon arrested at Kieff for extortiDg money for revolutionary purposes. The means used was to send threatening letters signed by anarchists. A truck of Vladivostok good 9 was being unloaded at the St.SPotersburg fetation, when a case exploded, killing three people. The truck was found to contain fifty-four similar cases. Tho drivors and brakesmen of the train by shunting the engine prevented a disaster. The cases were removed to a siding, where they exploded scathlessly. .
