St. Petersburg, February 15. Four University professors have been shot in Waisaw Cathedral. The "Times" St. Petersburg correspondent says it would require 400,000,000 acres to modestly endow 37,000,000 land peasants, absorbing all the land owned by the State, inonastriea and landlords in European Russia, even if the State possessed the £2,000,000,000 necessary to complete the operation. The "Slovo" states that the Government is informed that China is meditating tbe conquest of the Cis-Amqr region,
