Received February 16, 12.10 a.m. Melbourne, February IG. Mr S-vinbume, the Victorian Minister for Agriculture, is much impressed with his visit to New Zealand. He met prosperity and contentment everywhere. He thinks so much of the Ferro concrete used at the Auckland Harbor works that he intends to recommend its use at Port Melbourne. He found the Agricultural Department splendidly equipped.
