The Big Bive'v Mine Manager reports for the week; That the stone going into the hanging wall in No. 8 stopes pinched ont after going a further distance of three feet, We have put an uprise for the stope on an average of three feet of stone, of fair quality, and have also started driving in the intermediate level, on the east end of the main pass, on an average of two feet of stone. In No. 7 level, in the face above the winze, x the stone cut out on Wednesday, leaving a good track in the face. In the face above the chamber, in the surface air course, we have put an uprise for stope on an average of fifteen inches of reef, which is a little mullocky, but shows good gold. About 62 tons of stone have been raised for the week.
