Received September 14, 0.12 a.m. i London, September 13. Circumstantial reports state that numbers of Transraal and Orange : Boers have enlisted, ostensibly as transport assistants, in Damaraland, and that forty have already crossed i the border, while 50 others proceed via a British town, and a hundred follow. The newpsapers at Capetown urge the Government to inquire and remonstrate with Germany if ? necessary, otherwise the Colony may possibly have trouble with natives.
