The Belgian Government has intvoduced a bill to % construct a railway from the German i'ronfeier to Antwerp, via Saint and Trond Tongress in order to make Antwerp the port for traffic for all central Germany. It is proposed to employ electricity, and ensure .1 speed of two hundred kilometres -pcr _ hour (about 125 an hour).
