MR. REDMOND'S VIEWS. Received March 21, 11 p.m. London, March 21. Mr John Redmond, speaking at Holborn, declared "Gladstone's Home Rule policy is still ours. We are asking no more. I used the words 'independent Parliament' in the same sense as Gladstone, we never asked to repeal the union."
