WAR In the Far East.
[Par United Press Assouiation,] London, March 11. Received March 12, 8.32 a.m. The Russians have decided to place the gunboat Mandjur's armament at Shanghai, in custody of the Chinese cruiser. The Russian Admiral Wirenius thas brought the Oslyaba and seven orpedoers to Sunda Bay. Some Russian torpedoers foundered etween Port Said and Crete. The rews were saved. The "Daily Mail" states that Russia is mobilising two army corps in Tuskestan. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the French newspaper "Aurore" announces that an enormous percentage of Jews is being sent to the front, including most of the Jewish doctors at St. Petersburg through the reprehensible influences of their Christian professional rivals.
