SOMALILAND.
Received Jan. 5, 1.3 a.m. Rome, January 4. Italian commanders and emissaries in the interior of Somaliland report that the Mullah traversed the British cordon northwards, and he repudiates the request for mediation. London, January 4. British advices state that the Mullah's fighting force is still near Jidballa.
