Miscellaneous.
Auckland, March 5.
A man named William Andrew, aged twenty-five, single, committed suicide at Kopuru yesterday. At the inquest a verdict of suicide from an overdose of strychnine while temporarily insane was returned. _ The Auckland mills have reduced the price of flour to £12 5s a ton for sacks, in sympathy with the reduction in the South. The price of bread in Auckland was never raised above 7d the 41b loaf, and therefore no alteration in the price of bread will be made.
