Austrian and Russian Designs Received March 6, 12.20 a.m.
London. March 5
French advices from St. Petersburg state that Austria and Russia secretly have agreed provisionally to occupy and hold Servia arid Mace- j donia, if as is expected, the Sultan fails to execute reforms. Received March 2, 12.39 a.m. Constantinople, March 5. Official reports published by the Forte state that Bulgarian insurgents and bands have reappeared at several \ points in Macedonia, causing apprehension that a general movement has begun. It is also stated that the inhabitants shelter the bands, and inform them of the movements of the Ottoman troops, thus impeding their pursnit.
