A Challenge.
Received March 5, 1.2 a.m. -• London, March 4. Mr Wanklyn, member for Bradford, addressing his constituents, declared the Cabinet had neither the moral nor political courage to prose- i cute Mr Bryce, the member for Aberdeen, for sedition, which was contained in an article published in a foreign journal, in December, 1899, containing an indictment of Britain's appeal for foreign intervention, and incitement of the Dutch at the Cape to rebel. He had demanded that the Cabinet prosecute Mr Bryce, or release Colonel Lynch.
