The Late Storms
Received March 4, 11.15 p.m. ' London, March 4. A lifebuoy and a piece of boat marked " Luna," with several bodies, believed to be the Luna men, have been washed ashore at Saint Just. The bodies were stripped of clothing by the terrible sea running. The efforts of the tugs proved unsuccessful for refloating the Merion. It is feared her bottom is badly pierced. Her passengers have been landed.
