Affairs in Fiji.

Received March 4, 12.47 a.m. Sydney, March 3. At the Methodist Conference it was decided to appoint a married minister to Norfolk Island* and to proclaim it a circuits The Rev. Q. Mr Carruthers asked, if it was a faat that on the occasion of the swearing in of the Governor the Roman Catholic Bishop was given first place at the function, while the Wesleyan Chairman, who virtually was the Bishop of Fiii, was relegated to an inferior position?
