LOWER MOUTERE.
The newly elected Committee are H. A. Tarrant, H. Holdaway, and C. Teece, who were on the last Committee, and W. Edwards, C. D. Flett, F. W. Herriek, and R. Marshall, new members. The new Committee met after the election when the pecuniary position of the Committee was pretty freely discussed, and members expressed their determination of resign ing|if the funds were found insufficient for carrying on necessary work. Mr H. A. Tarrant Was elected chairman, and Mr C. D. Flett secretray and treasurer. The accounts of last year were audited by Mr N. F. Cresswell, and a hearty vote of thanks accorded to him for the same.
