TRAIN OUTRAGES IN VICTORIA.
Arrest and Confession. Melbourne, December 1. A young eleotrician named Lovering has been arrested in connection with the attempt to wreck a train. He has confessed.
Another youth named Johnson has also been arrested as an accomplice, and he, too, has confessed.
A search at Lovering's home revealed a number of bombs in process of manufacture, and stenoil plates with the word '« Anarchism."
