THE DREYFUS CASE.
Pabis, December 28. General Zurlinder, Governor oi Paris, declares that the French Army is Republican to the core. He says that France does not seek a Dictator, and that only agitators believe that Dreyfus is innocent. December 26. The Court of Cassation has examined M. Barthon, who was Minister for Public Works when Dreyfus was tried, and ex President Casimir Perrier.
