Labor Disputes.
Dunedik, September 4. In the furniture trade dispute the Conciliation Board adjourned to permit of the signatures being obtained of one seller, ( who refused to sign because he employed ( n» labor ; and one manufacturer at Port , Chalmers, who contended he was outside. The district coal miners' dispute was mentioned, Mr Allan Holmes, for the Kaitangata Company, said the Company - bad sold out and was being wound up, if there were any other parties to the dispute they were not in the Colony.
