Wellington, August 22. Sailed — Mawhera, for Picton, Nelson, and West Coast. Passengers : Miss Garrett, Messrs Williams, Duval, Malfroy, Linton, Jay, and 8 steerage.
The Waverley leaves Westport to-night or to-morrow morning for Nelson, and sails for Westport only at 2 p.m. on Thursday. The Kennedy is due at Wanganui from Westport to-night, and is expected to leave for Nelson to-morrow with a cargo of cattle.
The Charles Edward leaves Wellington to-day for Nelson, and sails at noon tomorrow for West Coast ports. The Wainui sailed at 10.10 a.m. yesterday from Pioton and Wellington. The Rotoiti arrived at 9.45 a.m. yesterday from Wellington and North, and sailed at 10 o'clock last night for Taranaki and Onehunga.
The Mawhera is due from Picton nd Wellington this morning, and sails at .30 a.m. for the West Coast.
The Penguin leaves Wellington this afternoon for ficton and Nelson, and is due here to-morrow morning, sailing again at noon on return.
The Haupiri is expected to leave Westport this afternoon for Nelson, and is due here to-morrow morning, sailing again at noon for Wellington direct.
The Lady Barkly returns from Golden Bay this evening. The Lily sails at 9 o'clock this 'morning for Motueka, and returns same tide.
