Enrolment, Dieoipline, Efficiency, Pay, Emoluments, and Remands of the Polioe Foroe of the Colony as it now exists, and as to tbe General Conduot, Sobriety, and Morality of the Members of the siid Foroe, and tht alleged failure of the said Folioe Foroe to maintain order and enforce the Laws of the Oolooy. Pursuant to the terms of the Commission, no inquiry will be held by the said Commission into any matter cr thing whioh hai already been investigated and determined before any judicial or othtr lawfully constituted Tribunal, or where any member of th9 Police Foroe has been diemissed from the ssrvioe, or whose servioes have been dispensed witb in oonsequenoe of his misoonduot or for any other reason. All persons wbo desire to make any oomplaints or allegation witbio tba terms of the Commission are hereby notified that a general statement of suoh oomplaint or allegation, in writing, must bs forwarded to the Seoretary of the Commission, in the Parliamentary Building?, Wellington, so as to reaoh him on or befcre the Tenth day of MARCH, 1898.
