Wellington, Maroh 4. • About 100 applications have already been reoeived from volunteers aoxioos to form part of ths contingent to go to England to ttend the Qa9en's Diamond Jubilee. A volunteer infantry company has been formed ia Wellington to be known as the Eelbarne Rifles, after tbe title of Lord G!a9^ gow's eldest bod.
