Cyanide Treatment.
Auckland, September 28. A petition to tb.9 Government is being circulated in reference to tbe Casell patent. Tbe petition stateß that legal proceeding are being instituted for the revocation of the patent, and that it will take a long time, owing to tbe determination of eaoh party, to fight, while immediate relief to tbe mining community ib desirable. A suggestion is made to compromise.
