YESTERDAY. [Before H, W. Robinbon, Esq., S.M.] Joha Ward, who pleadtd guilty to the theft ot a £1 note from the bar of tbs iiurburban North Hotel, wag brought up for sentence, which was defetied oa Monday last pending tha reoeipt of the Probation Officer's report. Edward Price pleaded guilty to keeping an unregistered dog; Mr Gully appeared for the City Oounoil, and asked that a small penalty should be inflicted in addition to the registration fee. Fined 63.
