Sydney, August 16. The Addreas-in-B^p y was carried on the voices ia both Houses. In the Assembly Mr Crick charged tbe Premier with allow og his colleagues, (or political pu poses, to vote againat the introduoiion of Mr Kdiiy'B Salary Increase Bill. The Premier retorted that it was a fake and infamous statement. The Miniser of Mineß also hotly i t?rrupted. Thy Speaker interposed and sa d that onleaa the Minister cca-e.i to interrupt or defy him, he would lep.ve toe House and resign. Mr Reid exp'ained that he did not introduce Mr Eddy's Bill at the Commons own rtqnest.
